Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Fiji Vanua Kava ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. International: Customers are held accountable for any import duties, customs fees, exercise duties, or local taxes imposed by their country when placing International Orders. Additionally, it is recommended that international customers verify whether there are any restrictions pertaining to the online purchase, shipment, or import of kava in their respective countries. Fiji Vanua Kava cannot be held responsible for any orders that are confiscated by customs authorities in the customer’s specific country. Once a tracking number is issued by the shipping carrier, we will promptly update your order with this information and send you an email notification. The email may originate from Ship Station, our shipping software platform. In the event that you do not find this email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder as it may have been redirected there. Please take note of the following information: Your shipment does not include insurance coverage for loss or theft and it is not possible to file claims to recover any losses. The delivery of packages may experience delays due to inclement weather conditions and the observance of bank holidays. We aim to get your kava to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders submitted before 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) may be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time if not processed on the same day will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays.

Orders received after 10:00 AM (ET) on Fridays through the weekend will be handled the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing depending on when the order is placed. We kindly request you to carefully review your shipping address when placing your order to ensure its accuracy. In the event that you receive your order confirmation email and realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected].We will make the necessary amendments to your order if it has not yet been shipped.

Order Confirmations & Notifications

You’ll receive two emails from us:

Order Confirmation Email – sent immediately after your purchase.
Shipping/Tracking Notification Email – once your order is packed and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. If you notice an address error after checkout, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it goes out. After the order has left our warehouse, any lost package claims must be directed to the shipping carrier, as we are unable to provide refunds at that stage.

· Flat Rate Shipping: $10 (within the U.S.) for orders below $99.99

· Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $99.99 (Excludes wholesale orders)

Shipping costs and options are clearly displayed at checkout, allowing you to make changes or cancel before finalizing your order.

All prices on our website are listed in USD.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, tracking details will be emailed to you (via Ship Station). If you don’t see this email, check your spam folder.

Weather events or national holidays may affect shipping times.

If Your Package Shows as ‘Delivered’

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

· Check with neighbors or household members

· Look around your mailbox or front porch

· Wait 24 hours, as packages sometimes get marked as delivered prematurely

Ultimately, delivery concerns must be addressed with the shipping carrier, as we are unable to file claims on your behalf once the order is marked as delivered.

International Shipping

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import restrictions imposed by their country. It is your responsibility to ensure kava is permitted for import in your country. We are not liable for packages delayed, returned, or seized by customs. Sales Tax

Fiji Vanua Kava charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

Returning an Item

If you’re unsatisfied or ordered the wrong product, you may return it within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Exceptions apply for defective products, in which case you may be eligible for a refund.

Return Policy Notes

· Opened/used kava cannot be returned unless there’s a clear quality issue.

· Refunds will only be issued for the price paid for the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

· The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

· Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

Exchanges

If the item is in its original unopened condition, it will be eligible for exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. We do not offer Store credits.
