Shipping and Delivery
Fiji Vanua Kava currently ships within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not currently offer international shipping.
We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or applicable holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Shipping notifications may be sent through ShipStation, so please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Delivery times shown by Fiji Vanua Kava or the shipping carrier are estimates. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, routing issues, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Costs
Orders below $99.99 are subject to a $10 flat-rate shipping charge within the United States.
Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying retail orders over $99.99. Wholesale orders are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by law.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout, including:
- Street address
- Apartment, suite, or unit number
- City
- State
- ZIP code
If you discover an error after placing your order, contact Fiji Vanua Kava immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, Fiji Vanua Kava cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed, corrected, intercepted, or redirected.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Fiji Vanua Kava is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect street addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Incorrect ZIP codes
- Incorrect city or state information
- Invalid or undeliverable addresses
- Addresses where the recipient is unknown or no longer resides
- Packages refused by the recipient
- Failure to retrieve a package from a carrier, post office, parcel locker, mailroom, or other designated pickup location
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive their package.
Carrier tracking information is the primary delivery record used by Fiji Vanua Kava when reviewing shipping and delivery issues.
Delivery estimates provided through tracking are estimates only and may change while the shipment is in transit.
If tracking shows an unusual delay, routing issue, or other delivery problem, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost while in transit and has not been marked as delivered, please contact Fiji Vanua Kava so we can review the circumstances and determine what options may be available.
If Your Package Shows as “Delivered”
If the shipping carrier’s tracking system shows that your package was successfully Delivered, Fiji Vanua Kava will generally consider the order delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:
- Check your mailbox, porch, side doors, garage, and other possible delivery locations.
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, front desks, and parcel lockers.
- Allow up to 24 hours, as carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered shortly before the physical delivery occurs.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly and request a delivery investigation.
Fiji Vanua Kava is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or other events occurring after a carrier records a package as delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
A customer’s statement that a package was not received does not, by itself, override a carrier’s confirmed “Delivered” tracking status and does not automatically qualify the order for a refund or replacement.
Fiji Vanua Kava may review individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information or documentation, including the results of a carrier investigation, before determining whether an accommodation can be offered.
Returned-to-Sender and Undeliverable Packages
If a shipping carrier returns a package to Fiji Vanua Kava because it was undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
A package must be physically returned to and received by Fiji Vanua Kava before any refund for the returned merchandise will be considered.
A carrier tracking status such as “Return to Sender,” “Returning to Sender,” or “Undeliverable” does not mean Fiji Vanua Kava has received the package. No refund will be issued based solely on the carrier’s tracking status.
Once the package is physically received by Fiji Vanua Kava, we will inspect the returned merchandise. Eligible unopened, unused, and undamaged products may be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Charges on Returned-to-Sender Packages
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the customer paid a shipping charge when placing the order, that shipping charge will not be included in any refund.
If the order originally qualified for free shipping, Fiji Vanua Kava reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost incurred to ship the original order from any refund issued.
If the customer requests that an eligible returned package be shipped again, the customer is responsible for all reshipping charges. Fiji Vanua Kava may require payment of the reshipping charge before the package is sent again.
Refunds or reshipments involving returned-to-sender or undeliverable packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Return Policy
Standard Returns
If you ordered the wrong product, you may request a return within 15 days of purchase, provided that the product is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
Because our products are consumable products and dietary supplements, opened or used products generally cannot be returned unless there is a verified product quality or fulfillment issue.
Please contact Fiji Vanua Kava before returning merchandise so that we can review your return request.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Fiji Vanua Kava unless we determine that the return resulted from an error made by Fiji Vanua Kava.
Refund Amount
For an approved return, the refund will generally be limited to the eligible purchase price actually paid for the returned product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an order received free shipping and is subsequently returned for reasons not caused by an error by Fiji Vanua Kava, Fiji Vanua Kava reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost incurred to fulfill the original order from the refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved by Fiji Vanua Kava.
Refunds Are Issued Only After Returned Merchandise Is Received
Fiji Vanua Kava does not issue refunds simply because carrier tracking indicates that a package is being returned to us.
The package must first be physically received at our facility and the merchandise inspected.
If the merchandise meets the applicable return requirements, Fiji Vanua Kava may issue a refund for the eligible product amount.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If the original order qualified for free shipping, Fiji Vanua Kava reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Fiji Vanua Kava from the refund.
Any return shipping, carrier fees, address-correction charges, or reshipping charges associated with an incorrect/incomplete address or other customer-related delivery issue are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect product or believe your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact Fiji Vanua Kava promptly with your order number and photographs or other requested information so that we can investigate.
These situations will be reviewed separately from standard returns and returned-to-sender packages.
Exchanges
Unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition may be eligible for an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value, subject to approval.
Customers may be responsible for return and reshipping costs unless the exchange is necessary because of an error made by Fiji Vanua Kava.
Fiji Vanua Kava does not offer store credit unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Case-by-Case Review
Fiji Vanua Kava reserves the right to review unusual shipping, delivery, return, refund, and replacement circumstances individually. Any courtesy refund, replacement, reshipment, or other accommodation provided in one instance does not obligate Fiji Vanua Kava to provide the same accommodation in another instance.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
